Former Cox’s Bazar 4 (Ukhia-Teknaf) MP Abdur Rahman Badi is suffering from corona. Former MP Badir Corona tested positive on Friday (June 19th), according to lab at Cox’s Bazar Medical College. Although the corona was positive, his wife Shahin Akatar, the incumbent MP from that constituency, did not show any corona infection in her body. Cox’s Bazar Medical College sources said.
Badi and his wife, a former MP from Cox’s Bazar 4 constituency, have been staying at their home in Cox’s Bazar for the past few days due to corona symptoms. First, the corona of Badin’s wife Shahin Akter, the current MP from Ukhia-Teknaf, was examined. Badir’s wife MP Shahin Akhter came negative in the corona test. However, typhoid was reported in his body. He is currently at his home in Cox’s Bazar, said his press secretary Helal Uddin.
Former MP Badir Corona was identified in a corona test at Cox’s Bazar Medical College lab on Friday. He is currently undergoing treatment at the Union Hospital in Cox’s Bazar, said Sarwar Alam, president of the Teknaf Upazila Volunteer League.
