Corona virus infection has been detected in the bodies of two Rohingyas who fled Myanmar and took refuge in Bangladesh. No one in the Rohingya camp has been attacked by Corona before.
Cox’s Bazar Medical College principal confirmed the information on Thursday (May 14) afternoon. Anupam Barua.
However, the authorities did not reveal which camp the Rohingyas were from.
Principal Dr. Anupam Barua said samples from 16 people were tested on Thursday. Of these, 12 corona came positive. There are two Rohingyas there.
It may be mentioned that a total of 123 people were affected by Corona in Cox’s Bazar. Of these, 24 have recovered. 1 died. On Thursday, the first two Rohingyas were diagnosed with corona virus.
